1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nagad11 website at nagad11.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the nagad11 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of the nagad11 platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports markets offered), live casino games, slot machine games, instant-win games, bonus and promotional offers, payment processing, customer support interactions, and responsible gaming tools.

nagad11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, nagad11 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the nagad11 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions regularly.

These Terms & Conditions are published and enforceable in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register an account and use the nagad11 platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active;
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated by third parties are not permitted;
• Not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process and at all subsequent times when requested by nagad11;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of nagad11 or any of its associated service providers or game content suppliers.

nagad11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nagad11 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Any account found to have been opened by or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to such an account will be refunded to the original payment source, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one nagad11 account only. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or via a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. nagad11 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and other technical means to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and balances may be confiscated.

When registering your nagad11 account, you must provide:

• A valid, unique email address that you own and can access;
• A unique username of your choosing (subject to nagad11's content standards — usernames that are offensive, impersonating, or misleading will be rejected);
• A strong password of at least eight characters, incorporating a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Your date of birth;
• Your country of residence (Bangladesh);
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh for account verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nagad11 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or use another player's account credentials for any purpose. nagad11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised or that an unauthorised party has accessed your account, you must notify the nagad11 support team immediately by contacting [email protected]. nagad11 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification, but cannot be held responsible for losses that occurred prior to notification.

nagad11 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with your account to any third party. Any attempted transfer of account ownership will result in the immediate closure of the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the nagad11 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nagad11 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time at nagad11's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on nagad11 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by nagad11, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. nagad11 does not charge any fees on deposits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your nagad11 balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within one to six hours. Requests submitted after 6:00 PM BST or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. nagad11 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply charges that are beyond nagad11's control.

Withdrawal verification: All withdrawals are subject to standard anti-money-laundering (AML) checks. nagad11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value unless the player has completed full KYC verification.

• Funds deposited on nagad11 may not be used to engage in financial transactions unrelated to gaming. The platform is a gambling service, not a payment transfer service.
• nagad11 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a player without first contacting nagad11 support will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Players are responsible for any tax obligations on winnings that may arise under applicable Bangladeshi law. nagad11 does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified financial adviser regarding their individual tax position.

5 Betting and Casino Rules

All sports betting markets, odds, and outcomes on nagad11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the settlement of a market, nagad11's decision — made in good faith using available official data sources — shall be final.

Cricket betting: nagad11 offers ball-by-ball in-play betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals. Where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs for any reason beyond the control of the competing teams, nagad11 reserves the right to settle markets in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). All pre-match odds are fixed at the time of bet placement; in-play odds are live and subject to change without notice.

Live casino: Casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers use independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems or live-action human dealing. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) for each game is available within the respective game information panel. Players acknowledge that casino outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and that nagad11 cannot influence, alter, or manipulate results.

Slots: All slot games available on nagad11 are provided by licensed third-party software developers. 6 Bonuses and Promotions

nagad11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail for that offer only.

Welcome bonus: New players who complete the registration process and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the nagad11 welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the nagad11 welcome bonus is stated on the promotions page at the time of the offer. Bonus wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account.

• Bonuses are available to one eligible player per household, per IP address, per mobile device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in any way other than as wagering credit on the nagad11 platform.
• nagad11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected by changes to wagering requirements during the active bonus period.

nagad11 has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (so-called "bonus hunting"), placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on nagad11, you agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use the nagad11 platform in any manner that causes or is likely to cause harm to nagad11, other players, or third parties.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nagad11 platform:

• Registering an account or placing bets on behalf of another person;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human tool to interact with the nagad11 platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sports events offered on nagad11;
• Laundering money or using the nagad11 platform as a vehicle for any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes on the platform for financial gain;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to nagad11's systems, servers, databases, or the accounts of other players;
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any abusive, defamatory, threatening, or offensive content through any nagad11 communication channel;
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true identity or location;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to nagad11 at any stage of the account lifecycle.

nagad11 employs real-time monitoring tools and conducts regular manual audits to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, nagad11 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all associated bets and casino game results, withhold any pending or future withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

Players who encounter a technical error or pricing anomaly on the nagad11 platform are required to cease using the affected feature and notify the nagad11 support team at [email protected] without delay. Failure to report a known error and continued exploitation of that error will be treated as a deliberate breach of these terms.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

nagad11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, where nagad11 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal purposes;
• Providing services to the player would expose nagad11 to legal or regulatory risk;
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the nagad11 responsible gaming tools;
• nagad11 is required to do so by an applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Where an account is closed by nagad11 due to a breach by the player, any funds remaining in the account balance may be withheld as partial or full compensation for the losses, costs, or damages suffered by nagad11 or third parties as a result of the breach. nagad11 will retain clear records of the reasons for account closure.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your nagad11 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of account closure confirmation.

Self-exclusion closure: Players who close their account via the self-exclusion responsible gaming tool are bound by a mandatory cooling-off period during which they cannot reopen the account or open a new account on nagad11. Dormant accounts: An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. nagad11 will notify the registered email address at least 30 days before applying a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed automatically. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in before the balance reaches zero.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagad11's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nagad11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, howsoever arising.

Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
